Steve Petridis

Mr. Steve Petridis has over twenty five years of experience in the design, engineering, procurement and construction of process plants. His industry experience covers Oil & Gas, Industrial Gases, Chemicals, Hazardous Waste and Industrial Services.
He is currently focused on accelerating the growth of TurboGreen and has held senior management positions at Romic Environmental Technologies, Shell, Messer GmbH, BOC Plc, and Schlumberger TSI. He is multi-lingual and his assignments have taken him to locations throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Petridis holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Salford, an M.Sc. in Power Systems from the University of Manchester and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management. He also holds a Postgraduate Marketing Diploma from The Chartered Institute of Marketing in the U.K., and is a Chartered Engineer. He is a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). top
Al Vazquez

Mr. Al Vazquez brings 30 years of industry and consulting experience implementing rapid, strategic change in large organizations. He has led such improvements in large multi-national enterprises across a number of industries, playing a key role in the expansion of General Motors into Latin America. His consulting clients included IBM, Nabisco, Johnson and Johnson, North Star Steel, National Semiconductor, GTE Sylvania, and Baxter Healthcare, as well as state and local governments.
Published in the Harvard Graduate School of Business Case Rio Bravo Electricos (#9-683-021), Logistics Strategy, Cases and Concepts with Roy Shapiro, Revitalizing Manufacturing, with Janice A. Klein, Council of Logistics Management journal, Peopleware, and Society of Manufacturing Engineers he is also a popular speaker internationally in forums such as the Taiwan Carbon Forum, Distribution Computer Seminar (DEXPO), Logistech, Society of Manufacturing Engineers (AutoFact) and the Steel Industry Systems Association (SISA).
After serving as VP of Science, Technology and Innovation, Mr. Vazquez developed the business strategy for TurboGreen and started the division in 2007, engaging a number of world class companies as channel partners. He doubled the staff of account directors and key support staff, retaining experts in the industrial sectors which are currently being targeted by TurboGreen.
Mr. Vazquez holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Caltech and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Leo Perkowski

Leo S. Perkowski has extensive experience in UNFCCC regulatory affairs, program management, quality management systems, customer service, and sales and marketing.
Mr. Perkowski is currently responsible for ensuring TurboGreen’s CDM/JI project activities meet all regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
Prior to working with TurboGreen Mr. Perkowski served as the Program/Account Manager at Solectron where he managed multi-million dollar accounts and developed sales support programs. He also served as Director, Quality Management Systems where he led the implementation and operation of the company’s ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System. Mr. Perkowski was Director of Inside Sales at Cycomm Mobile Solutions; a multi-national developer of secure computer systems for police, NATO government agencies and military forces. Mr. Perkowski also provided logistics and maintenance support for Command Control and Communications Systems and Air Traffic Control equipment in locations throughout the world for the United States Air Force.
Mr. Perkowski is bilingual and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelors of Science Degree in Management of Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle University.

Mr. Alfonso Rueda has 16 years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing to agricultural & industrial clients. His areas of expertise include all aspects of strategic marketing, customer satisfaction analysis, and contract negotiation, including regulatory negotiations.
Mr. Rueda works with the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), and he currently leads TurboGreen’s industrial carbon initiatives in Colombia. Mr. Rueda serves as the firms Sector Leader for Coal Mines, providing coal-bed-methane (CBM), energy efficiency, fuel switching and heat recovery solutions to customers in Colombia and throughout Latin America.
Mr. Rueda holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

Jorge Sisniega

Mr. Jorge Sisniega has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing diverse projects in different industries. His areas of expertise include all aspects of project management, and negotiating with authorities and industry leaders. For the past three years, Mr. Sisniega has focused exclusively on developing and implementing CDM projects in Latin America, specially, Brazil.
Mr. Sisniega works with both the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Joint Implementation (JI) Mechanism and he currently leads TurboGreen’s industrial carbon initiatives in Central America and the Caribbean. As the firm’s Sector Leader for Power and Utilities, he is currently providing energy efficiency, fuel switching and heat recovery support to customers throughout Latin America.
Mr. Signiega holds a B.S. and an M.A. in Agriculture, both from the University of Florida.

Cintia Dias

Mrs. Cintia Dias has 10 years of experience working with policy makers and decision makers as well as serving industrial clients. She has been working in climate change since 2004, and her areas of expertise include policy negotiations for industrial sectors, project validation and analysis. She has also participated in the building and structuring of a think tank for International Relations, as well as a hub for Climate Change.
In the Climate Change industry, she has worked in the whole chain of the regulatory process. She was the South American Hub Manager for Det Norske Veritas (DNV) a Designated Operational Entity (DOE) and has managed, validated or verified more than a hundred project in the region. Subsequently, she was an Origination Manager for an international carbon project company, with the responsibility of analyzing and bringing projects into their portfolio. Her main areas of project expertise include: biomass to energy, landfill, fuel switch and renewable energy.
Mrs. Dias is a PhD Candidate in Industrial Engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro/COPPE. She has an M.A. in International Relations / International Environmental Policies and Politics from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro/COPPE, and an M.B.A. in Environmental Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has also completed professional training in Local Environmental Management at LIFE Academy in Sweden. top
